On April 1, 2019, a division of St. Joseph Corporation (“SJC”) acquired the last of Rogers Media Inc.’s (“Rogers”) consumer-oriented print and digital publications. Seven titles, including Maclean’s, and the French and English versions of Chatelaine, have moved from Rogers to SJC, a privately owned printing and publishing company.
Founded in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1956, SJC is Canada’s largest privately owned printing company. SJC has been recognized as Canada’s 50-best managed companies, and has won multiple awards for its publishing titles and content creation work.
