On April 26, 2019, Skyledger Tech Corp. (“Skyledger”) (CSE: SKYL) successfully completed its initial public offering of 5,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of $500,000. Mackie Research Capital Corp. (“Mackie”) acted as agent for the IPO.
Headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada, Skyledger is a bitcoin mining company that gives shareholders access to the potential price appreciation of bitcoin. The company owns ASIC S9 rigs that are located in Gibsons, BC which are used to obtain rewards for confirming transactions on the bitcoin blockchain.
