On March 1, 2017, 102013219 Saskatchewan Corp. purchased all of the assets of Six Three Furnished Suites Inc. used in the business of providing fully furnished executive suites for rent for short-term accommodations in Regina, Saskatchewan. 102013219 Saskatchewan Corp. will carry on business under the name “Six Three Furnished Suites”.
Miller Thomson advised the purchaser in this transaction with a team that included Ahmed Malik and Kyla Duchin.
