On October 31, 2017, ROC Corp. announced that it had acquired Simon Crane Rental Ltd., a Burlington-based crane business that has been family owned and operated for 27 years.
ROC Corp. is a mobile crane company based in Cambridge, Ontario, primarily serving the Kitchener-Waterloo area, Southwestern Ontario and the GTA.
Miller Thomson advised ROC in this acquisition with a team that included Dwayne Kuiper, Eric Schneider, Melissa Tummon and Ahsan Sadiq.
