On February 24, 2017, Red Pine Exploration Inc. (TSXV: RPX), a gold and base-metals exploration company, announced that it had closed its previously announced brokered private placement. Pursuant to the private placement, Red Pine issued flow-through common shares and units for aggregate gross proceeds of $6,540,340.
The private placement was led by Eventus Capital Corp., with a syndicate of agents that included Red Cloud Klondike Strike Inc.
