Effective October 1, 2017, the shareholder of Quinn Contracting Ltd. and its related corporations sold their shares to Graham Construction Resources LP.
Quinn Contracting Ltd., based in Alberta, has been in business since 1970 and performs maintenance, turnarounds and capital projects for clients in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
William Fowlis, Bryant Frydberg, Joshua Selby and Robyn Enslen of Miller Thomson advised the shareholder of Quinn Contracting in this transaction.
