On October 5, 2021, Pluribus Technologies Inc. (“Pluribus”) announced the completion of a cross-border acquisition of Cranham Haig Ltd. trading as CHL Software, developers of DocMoto (“DocMoto”) of Cheltenham, UK, an app-based document and email management system for Mac and Windows.
Pluribus specializes in acquiring software companies from owners and investors that are seeking a succession plan.
