On January 10, 2019, Patriot One Technologies Inc. (“Patriot One”) (TSX.V: PAT) announced the closing of its acquisition of EhEye Inc. (“EhEye”) and its video recognition software. Patriot One acquired a 100% equity interest in EhEye through the issuance of 1,636,363 common shares of Patriot One to the former shareholders of EhEye, which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Patriot One. EhEye’s video recognition software has been rebranded as PATSCAN VRS.
Patriot One aims to be the foremost proponent and provider of innovative threat detection and counter terrorism solutions and services for general public safety. To this end, it has developed the PATSCAN™ next generation software and sensor solution for the covert detection of weapons threats.
