On August 23, 2017, Para Resources Inc. (TSXV: PBR) (WKN: A14YF1) (OTC PINK: PRSRF) completed its acquisition of all of the assets comprising the Gold Road Mine from Mojave Desert Minerals LLC. The Gold Road Mine, located in Oatman, Arizona, is the only fully permitted mine in the largest primary gold district of Arizona.
Miller Thomson advised Para Resources on this acquisition with a team that included Rory Godinho, Kathy Tang and Andréa Girardin.
