On August 21, 2019, Mucci Farms Limited (“Mucci Farms”) announced its acquisition of a controlling interest of Orangeline Farms Limited (“Orangeline Farms”), including its existing 32-acre greenhouse and warehouse facilities, and additional land totalling 100 acres. Mucci Farms is a vertically integrated fruit and vegetable grower with operations across North America.
Founded in 2000 by the Kniaziew family, Orangeline Farms, headquartered in Leamington, Ontario, is an award-winning produce grower predominantly known for their unique pepper offerings grown under the Zing!TM Healthy Foods brand.
