Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services expands services with transfer of 263 housing units

On April 5, 2018, Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services (“OAHS”) acquired 263 rental housing units from Urban Native Homes Incorporated (“UNHI”), an Indigenous non-profit housing provider in Hamilton, Ontario. In anticipation of the transfer, OAHS assumed property management services for all units on February 15, 2018.

OAHS provides safe and affordable housing to urban and rural First Nation, Inuit, and Métis people in Ontario.
