NWI Holdings completes asset purchase of Triumph Group’s metallic machining business

On March 8, 2019, NWI Holdings (“NWI”), through 5 subsidiaries across the United States and Canada, and represented by Stony Point Group Inc. (“SPG”), completed its cross-border acquisition of the metallic machining business of Triumph Group Inc. (NYSE: TGI).

NWI is affiliated by ownership with both TECT Aerospace and TECT Power. TECT Aerospace is a leading manufacturer of complex aerostructure components, parts and assemblies headquartered in Wichita, Kansas with operations in Park City, KS, Wellington KS, Kent WA and Everett Washington.
