On September 12, 2016, Northwest Arm Capital Inc., a capital pool company, announced that it had completed its initial public offering of 3,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per common share for gross proceeds to the company of $300,000. The company’s common shares have commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ‘NWA.P’.
