On February 22, 2019, Nobis Inc. (“Nobis”) completed its sale of assets of Woods Canada Apparel Ltd. (“Woods”) to Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited (“CT”) (TSX: CTC.A). Since 1885, Woods is Canada’s oldest outwear brand.
Founded in 2007, Nobis, a luxury outwear designer, manufacturer and retailer, provides consumers with intricate and technically advanced alternatives to the offerings commonly seen in the marketplace today.
