On January 13, 2016, capital pool company New Global Acreage Resources Limited (TSXV: RAP.P) announced that it had successfully completed its initial public offering raising gross proceeds of $300,000 pursuant to an amended and restated prospectus dated December 21, 2015. An aggregate of 3,000,000 common shares in the capital of the company were subscribed for at a price of $0.10 per share. PI Financial Corp. and its sub-agent acted as the agent for the offering.
