On July 12, 2019, Aspen Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AZPN) (“AspenTech”), a leader in asset optimization software completed its acquisition of Mnubo Inc. (“Mnubo”), a technology provider of artificial intelligence (“AI”) and analytics infrastructure for the internet of things (“IoT”).
Mnubo Inc. is a Montreal-based technology provider that enables organizations to deploy enterprise-scale AI-driven IoT applications.
