On July 27, 2017, Minsud Resources Corp. (TSXV: MSR) announced the closing of a non-brokered private placement of units for gross proceeds of $650,000.
Minsud is a mineral exploration company focused on exploring its flagship Chita Valley Project, in the Province of San Juan, Argentina. The company also owns the La Rosita Property in Santa Cruz Province, Argentina.
