On September 26, 2017, Millennial Lithium Corp. (TSXV: ML) (Frankfurt: A3N2:GR) (OTCQB: MLNLF), an emerging exploration and development company with assets in Argentina, announced that it has closed its previously announced short form prospectus offering of units, including the full exercise of the over‐allotment option, raising gross proceeds of $11.5 million for the company.
Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as agent and sole bookrunner.
