On June 12, 2019, Midas Gold Corp. (TSX:MAX) (“Midas Gold”) announced the completion of its short form prospectus offering of 33,200,000 common shares at $0.60 per share for total gross proceeds of $19.92 million.
Midas Gold owns the Stibnite Gold Project, a multi-million ounce high-grade open-pit gold mining project located in Idaho, US.
