On December 30, 2016, Marcel Equipment Limited sold substantially all of its assets to a European-based construction and engineering company with operations in Australia.
Marcel Equipment, based in London, Ontario, deals used heavy equipment and provides high quality reconditioned or rebuilt equipment to construction and landfill customers on a global basis.
Miller Thomson advised the vendor in this transaction with a team led by Ryan Done and Farah Rohoman (corporate/M&A), Michelle MacGillivray (employment) and Barbara Zeller (leasing).
