On September 19, 2018, LRBG Chemicals acquired a resin facility based in Longueuil, Québec from Rayonier A.M. Canada G.P. and Rayonier A.M. Canada Industries (“Rayonier”).
LRBG Chemicals is a company incorporated under the laws of Canada, who will continue the operation of the resin business.
