May 2, 2019

On April 12, 2019, Lorraine Copper Corp. (“LCC”) (TSX-V: LLC) has been acquired by Sun Metals Corp. (“Sun Metals”) (TSX-V: SUNM) by way of a previously announced plan of arrangement transaction pursuant to which Sun Metals indirectly acquired all of the shares of LCC. As a result, Sun Metals now owns a 100% interest in LCC’s wholly-owned Stardust polymetallic project in north-central British Columbia.

Prior to closing of the transaction, LCC was a TSX Venture Exchange listed Canadian mineral exploration company engaged in acquiring and advancing copper, gold and molybdenum projects at intermediate to advanced stages that hold significant resources.
