On February 23, 2017, Long Bridge Inc. announced that it was merging with IDT Systems Inc.
Long Bridge is a manufacturer of electrical control panels. IDT Systems is a mid-sized electrical control systems integrator with its own in-house panel shop. Both companies are located in Cambridge, Ontario.
Miller Thomson advised IDT Systems in this transaction with a team that included Ryan Done, Farah Rohoman and Evan Campbell.
