On May 9, 2016, Lawson Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: LAWS) announced its acquisition of F.B. Feeney Hardware Ltd.
Lawson Products is an industrial distributor of maintenance and repair products headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. F.B. Feeney Hardware of Mississauga, Ontario serves the industrial market in Toronto and the surrounding area and is known as a fleet specialist.
