Kronk Resources to amalgamate with BeMetals

On February 17, 2021, BeMetals Corp. (TSXV:BMET; OTCQB:BMTLF; Frankfurt:1OI.F) (“BeMetals”) announced that it has signed an Amalgamation Agreement to acquire Kronk Resources Inc. (“Kronk”) and its wholly owned subsidiary Kazan Resources (“Kazan”), which holds the rights to a highly prospective portfolio of advanced and early stage gold exploration projects in Japan (the “Transaction”). The Transaction will establish BeMetals, a precious and base metals exploration and development company with projects in Idaho and Zambia, in the gold sector.

Kronk is a privately owned gold exploration and development company based in Toronto, Canada. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Kronk holds the rights to five highly prospective gold properties in the islands of Hokkaido and Kyushu in Japan.
