On January 4, 2019, Keywords Canada Holdings Inc. (“Keywords Canada”) acquired all of the outstanding shares of Sunny Side Up Creative Inc. (“Sunny Side Up”) for a total consideration of CAD $5.9 million. Sunny Side Up produces high quality marketing assets for game publishers and developers, and is headquartered in Quebec City, Quebec.
Keywords Canada is part of the Keywords group which is headquartered in Ireland, and provides technical services to top ranking clients within the games industry.
