On December 2, 2016, Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE: JBL) announced that it had acquired Kuatro Technologies, a leading software development provider.
Jabil is a product solutions company providing comprehensive electronics design, production and product management services. With the addition of Kuatro, Jabil can deliver comprehensive hardware and software line of design, development and manufacturing services for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in the fields of telecommunications, networking and IoT (internet of things).
