International lending syndicate provides US$45 million facilities for UK borrower and its Canadian animation subsidiary

Nora Osbaldeston, John Ferber and So Yin Woo of Miller Thomson were Canadian counsel to a syndicate of lenders led by a leading UK bank in respect of a multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional revolving facility and term loan facility in the amount of US$45 million in favour of a UK borrower and its Canadian subsidiary in the animation industry.
