In September 2016, Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. acquired the Rockwell Automation business formerly operated by Ideal Supply Company Limited.
Ideal Supply is a private Canadian-owned distributor and wholesaler of electrical, industrial and automotive aftermarket parts. The company operates two distribution centers and 30 branch locations throughout central and southwestern Ontario, employs over 450 people and is Canada’s largest independent NAPA auto parts distributor.
Rexel Canada Electrical is a distributor of electrical products, operating under three separate networks – Nedco, Rexel Canada Atlantic, and Westburne.
