On April 28, 2017, Glance Technologies Inc. (OTCQB: GLNNF) (CSE: GET.CN) (CSE: GET.RT) (FKT: GJT), the creator of the Glance Pay Mobile Payment App for restaurants, announced the closing of its previously announced rights offering, under which it distributed units of the company for gross proceeds of approximately $1.6 million.
Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable into one common share at a price of $0.23 per share for the first 6 months and $0.25 thereafter until the warrants expire 24 months from the issuance date of the units.
Greg Smith of Miller Thomson advised Mackie Research Capital Corporation, the soliciting dealer and co-lead agent with respect to this rights offering.
