On September 20, 2018, GFL Environmental Inc. (“GFL”) closed an asset purchase agreement with Saskatchewan-based Echo Refinery Ltd. (“Echo”).
GFL is a fully integrated solid & liquid waste management company that has been involved in the collection and processing of waste from Ontario to British Columbia for over 40 years; headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, GFL is a Canadian diversified company offering services in solid waste management, liquid waste management, and soil remediation.
