On February 13, 2019, Farstarcap Investment Corp. (“Farstarcap”) (TSX-V: FRS.P) successfully completed its initial public offering of 2,500,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of $250,000. Canaccord Genuity Corp. (“Canaccord”) acted as agent for the IPO.
Headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada, Farstarcap is a Capital Pool Company listed on the TSX-V.
