On October 25, 2016, Allied Group acquired a majority of the shares of Ezeflow Group.
Allied Group is a global manufacturer and distributor of carbon and stainless pipe, valve and fitting products used in the midstream and downstream oil and gas industry. Allied Group consists of Allied Fitting L.P. based in Houston, Texas and Allied International Group based in Nibbiano, Italy.
Ezeflow Group is a global manufacturer of welded and seamless pipe fittings based in Granby, Quebec.
Miller Thomson advised Ezeflow in this transaction with a team that included Simon Labrecque and Alain Bergeron (corporate/M&A) and Alexandre Ajami (intellectual property).
