On December 1, 2016, Enex Fuels Ltd. announced that it had acquired family-owned Full Service Fuels Ltd. based in Nanoose Bay, British Columbia.
Enex Fuels is the exclusive Esso Fuels and Mobil Lubricants Distributor on Vancouver Island and Esso Fuels Distributor in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.
Miller Thomson advised Enex Fuels in this acquisition with a team that included John Ferber and Andréa Girardin (corporate/M&A).
