On June 29, 2016, DLCS Holdings Ltd. (“DLCS”) completed the sale of its indirect equity interest in Avmax Holdings Inc. (“Avmax”) as part of a transaction whereby Avmax was sold to Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (a Chinese entity listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange).
Shashi Malik and Regan O’Neil of Miller Thomson represented DLCS and its principal shareholder in this sale.
