On June 15, 2016, Ken Kelln, founder and operator of Kelln Solar announced the sale of the company to Derek Verhelst.
Kelln Solar is solar energy company based in Lumsden, Saskatchewan which provides innovative, effective and efficient solutions for agricultural, residential and commercial applications.
Miller Thomson advised the purchaser in this transaction with a team that included Eric Johnson and Ahmed Malik.
