On January 25, 2018, Darien Resource Development Corp. (TSXV: DRR) successfully completed its initial public offering of common shares. Mackie Research Capital Corporation acted as agent on a commercially reasonable efforts basis for the IPO. Darien’s common shares subsequently resumed trading on the TSXV.
Darien is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of its mineral property located in Quebec.
