On August 20, 2018, the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan granted summary judgment in favour of an employee who made a claim for unpaid commission of $78,750.00 after a breakdown of the employment relationship between the plaintiff, Greg van Ginkel [Mr. van Ginkel], and the defendants, Aon Reed Stenhouse Inc. and Aon Reed Stenhouse [Aon].
