On September 6, 2016, Conexus Credit Union sold its subsidiary, Conexus Insurance, to Regina-based Knight Archer Insurance. Under the deal, Knight Archer acquired all seven of Conexus Insurance’s service locations and a mixed portfolio of personal, commercial and agricultural insurance policies.
Knight Archer Insurance is a full-service insurance brokerage that now employs approximately 160 staff members across 14 locations. Conexus is Saskatchewan’s largest and Canada’s sixth largest credit union. It employs more than 900 employees, who serve more than 120,000 members.
