On May 11, 2018, Concerned Shareholders of Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. and Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. (TSXV: ZEN) announced the results of the Special Meeting. Four members of the Board of Directors were removed from office and the nominees put forward by the concerned shareholders were elected in their stead.
It is anticipated that the Board will begin to implement the plan for change detailed in the Concerned Shareholders’ Circular.
Miller Thomson advised the Concerned Shareholders with a team that included Pierre Soulard and Deven Rath.
