Charter Oak Equity, LP, and co-investor acquire Licaplast Industries – Emballages Inc.

On October 12, 2018, Charter Oak Equity, LP (“COE”), a private equity firm located in Westport, Connecticut, in conjunction with the Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs du Québec (“Fonds”), completed the recapitalization of Licaplast Industries – Emballages Inc. (“Licaplast”), a packaging solutions company founded in 1988 in Quebec, Canada.

 Formed in 2006, COE focuses on investments in niche manufacturing, packaging, medical products & services and financial services companies with enterprise values up to $150 million.
