Charter Oak Equity, LP, and co-investor acquire Licaplast Industries – Emballages Inc.

On October 12, 2018, Charter Oak Equity, LP (“COE”), a private equity firm located in Westport, Connecticut, in conjunction with the Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs du Québec (“Fonds”), completed the recapitalization, and included an additional equity investment, of Licaplast Industries – Emballages Inc. (“Licaplast”), a packaging solutions company founded in 1988 in Quebec, Canada.

 Formed in 2006, COE focuses on investments in niche manufacturing, packaging, medical products & services and financial services companies with enterprise values up to $150 million.
