On May 1, 2017, AutoCanada Inc., one of Canada’s largest at multi-location automobile dealership groups, completed its purchase of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Mercedes-Benz Rive-Sud, a dealership which has operated in the greater Montréal region for close to 50 years.
Miller Thomson advised the vendors Gestion F.F.C.C. Inc. and Gestion Steve Gosselin Inc. in this transaction with a team that included Hubert Sibre and Stéphanie Normandin.
