Effective February 1, 2019, the shareholders of Kitchener, ON-based Alpine Shredders Ltd. (“Alpine”) completed their divestiture of the company to Toronto, ON-based Lynx Equity Ltd.
Founded in 2004, Alpine designs and builds premium quality purpose built mobile shredding trucks.
