On September 12, 2018, Ali and Hamad Partnership completed an asset sale of the business known as 312 Petro-Canada, which includes a Petro-Canada gas station, convenience store and Subway restaurant franchise located in Rosthern, Saskatchewan, to L.L.Z. Enterprise Ltd.
