On December 6, 2019, A & M Hotels Inc. (“A & M Hotels”) acquired two hotel properties based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, from PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (“PwC”), who acted as vendor in its capacity as a court appointed Receiver for 1905393 Alberta Ltd . The transaction took place pursuant to a court order by the Court of Appeal of Alberta (PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc v. 1905393 Alberta Ltd, 2019 ABCA 433).
A & M Hotels is a private company based in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
