Overview

Mohammad received an LLM degree in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Prior to law school, Mohammad completed a BA.LLB degree at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in Pakistan, where he also completed significant coursework in Computer Science and Mathematics alongside his legal studies.  As a member of the legal clinic at LUMS, Mohammad has  worked with national legislators and other legal experts on developing a legislative writing manual for parliamentarians in addition to providing research, suggestions and a draft amendment for protecting human rights of the accused in anti-terrorism cases. Mohammad has also worked in the Office of the Advocate General of Punjab, where he assisted lawyers in researching civil litigation strategies.

Here in Toronto, Mohammad interned with a prestigious national law firm and contributed to the development of innovative risk assessment tools for privacy and other corporate matters.

Mohammad also maintains a strong passion for community involvement. He served as a legislator in Pakistan’s Youth Parliament in 2016, where he contributed to developing a reform agenda for the country’s economy.
