Arshia graduated with a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. She obtained her Honours from Western University in Business Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in Human Resources, where she graduated Dean’s Honour list and received the Dancap Private Equity Graduating Student Award for academic achievement.

During her studies at Western University, she was extensively involved in a year-long research program in partnership with United Way, which was selected to be presented at the Canadian Industrial Relations Association conference.

At law school, she is an Executive on the Osgoode Law Employment and Labour Society, and is a formal mentor through the Osgoode Hall Mentorship Program.

During her third year, Arshia won Osgoode’s Negotiation Competition and went on to represent Osgoode at the National Competition.

Arshia is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys strength and fitness training. In her spare time, she enjoys strength training and spending time outdoors.
