Overview

Prior to attending law school, Annie obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from NAIT, earning a place on the Dean’s Honour Roll. In addition to her academic pursuits, she worked in a variety of human resources roles, honing her skills as a negotiator and client advocate.

Annie has received several academic awards, including the Amy and Yuen Wong Scholarship and the Honourable Lucien Dubuc Memorial Scholarship. She was recently elected President of the French Speaking Law Students Association of the University of Alberta, and plans to continue her volunteer work with both Student Legal Services and Pro Bono Students Canada. Annie also had the opportunity to compete in the 2021 Right Honourable Beverley McLachlin Moot finals and hopes to participate in the competitive moot program next year.

In her spare time, Annie enjoys cooking, spending time outside, tending to her many indoor plants, or watching her favourite sports teams.
