For the third consecutive year, Miller Thomson has been honoured by Corporate Counsel, being named a “Go-To Law Firm” for the Top 500 Companies.

This designation is determined by Corporate Counsel’s nationally respected reference guide, In-House Law Departments at the Top 500 Companies. The guide is distributed to in-house legal departments at all the nation’s leading companies – reaching 20,000 General Counsel and all Fortune 1,000 Companies.

The “Go-To Law Firm” designation is determined via a combination of national survey data by the General Counsel from the Top 500 Companies and in-depth research and analysis of public filings and resources. It is only after a lengthy and rigorous process that firms are designated as a “Go-To Law Firm” and this year Miller Thomson was chosen for its work in the areas of litigation and corporate transactions/mergers and acquisitions.
