Max Maréchaux represents Ernst & Young LLP in one of their largest lease transactions

Max Maréchaux recently completed a lease deal on behalf of client Ernst & Young LLP for Oxford Properties’ new development being constructed at 100 Adelaide Street West, between Bay and York Streets, in Toronto’s downtown financial core. This is Ernst & Young’s largest lease transaction in Canada over the last 20 plus years. The new building to be known as the Ernst & Young Tower, is scheduled for completion June 2017, and will be certified LEED Platinum, consisting of 40 storeys with a total area of approximately 900,000 square feet.
